A.扭矩法

擰緊分為初擰和終擰,對大型節(jié)點應(yīng)分為初擰、復(fù)擰和終擰。

1)初擰,目的是使連接接觸面密貼,初擰扭矩為終擰扭矩值的50%.初擰后的高強螺栓應(yīng)用顏色在螺母上標記。

3)終擰,按本批次連接副扭矩值所計算的終擰值(施工扭力值)進行終擰。

B.轉(zhuǎn)角法

B. Corner method

轉(zhuǎn)角法是通過控制螺栓與螺母相對轉(zhuǎn)角值對高強螺栓連接副進行緊固的方法,即在板層間緊密接觸后,利用螺母的旋轉(zhuǎn)角度以控制螺桿彈性伸長量來控制螺栓軸力值。轉(zhuǎn)角法擰緊施工分為初擰和終擰兩步進行(必要時需增加復(fù)擰)。

The angle method is a method of tightening high-strength bolt connections by controlling the relative angle between bolts and nuts. After close contact between the plate layers, the rotation angle of the nut is used to control the elastic elongation of the screw and control the axial force value of the bolt. (1)初擰,采用定矩扳手擰緊螺栓。目的是使連接接觸面密貼,初擰扭矩,對常用螺栓(M22、M24)定在200~300N·m比較合適;

C.張拉法
